Vicki Norris, president of Portland, Oregon-based Restoring
Order®,
recently joined the cast of Mission: Organization,
a program on national cable network Home & Garden Television (HGTV).
Norris is the first West Coast professional organizer to appear
on the show.
Norris’ talents
are perfectly suited to
Mission:
Organization,
a 30-minute program featuring homeowners’ struggles with
disorder and the solutions that renovate their space. In her
first episode, Norris works with a family to give a three-car
garage a dramatic makeover that restores previously overloaded
space.
HGTV executives
recently renewed the flagship organizing program for additional
episodes. In its third season, the show, produced by Nancy Glass
Productions, is gaining a devoted viewing audience.
New episodes of
Mission: Organization are slated for broadcast on
HGTV in early spring.
Norris is the
president of the Oregon chapter of the National Association of
Professional Organizers (NAPO) and a leader in the national
association. She is a speaker, author, and the founder of
Restoring Order®, a
professional organizing company featuring trained consultants
delivering sustainable change.
Norris presents the
Restoring Order®
organizing segment the third Tuesday of every month on AM
Northwest, a morning show produced by KATU, Portland’s ABC
affiliate. The local segment features transformed spaces to
inspire viewers to tackle their own organizing projects.
