| I manage several shows, and in 2010 I’ve engaged Vicki to keynote both the Portland Baby Boomer & Lifestyle Show and the Portland Home Improvement and Remodeling Show. Vicki really draws a crowd. (It was standing room only at our Boomer Show at her keynote; she tripled the expected keynote attendance!) She’s professional, thorough, and incredibly media savvy. (She’s a TV personality on shows like HGTV’s Mission: Organization and co-hosts her own radio program.) Due to her media expertise, she basically acted as the show spokesperson for both shows and conducted radio and TV interviews prior to the shows and during the shows. She even did radio voice-overs for show ads to run the week prior. As an entrepreneur and business owner herself, she understands the importance of driving traffic to my shows and to our website, and building brand awareness. Vicki’s organizing content is inspirational, practical, and funny and the crowd loves her. Plus, she’s a proven show partner. I strongly recommend Vicki Norris to you for a successful show! |

| On behalf of the Center for Women’s Health, Office of Program Development and Outreach, I would like to thank you for presenting at the 13th Annual Women’s Health Conference on April 26, 2008. We believe this conference offers a unique opportunity for women in Oregon to learn about a broad spectrum of health issues unique to women. Your session gave practical and up-to-date information on a very important topic, and provided women with invaluable and straightforward methods to integrate healthy behaviors into their daily lives. Because of you, women walked away feeling stronger and more empowered to become and stay healthy. Thank you for your support of the Center for Women’s Health and your hard work preparing for this event. Your dedication to women’s health is commendable. We wish you well in your future endeavors.

Dear Vicki:
How fortunate our firm was to have you speak at your monthly luncheon!
Oftentimes in the legal profession, we become wrapped up in a case strategy and lose sight of organizational procedures which allow us to become better advocates for our clients. Your lessons in “Organization for the Professional Services Provider” have inspired many in our firm to realize their priorities and create the necessary procedures and space that will allow us to be better legal professionals.
The evening after you spoke I noticed many lawyers and paralegals cleaning their offices! Your warm personality has allowed us to realize the benefits of an organized work space.
As a client, Vicki, I cannot state how your guidance has changed my household. I am able to clearly find and place my things. Household items no longer create unnecessary clutter searching for a home. Most importantly, I am not spending a great deal of time and effort searching for items; rather, I feel liberated to enjoy other pleasures!
Thank you for your helpful lessons, Vicki. You have been an invaluable teacher.

Hi Vicki,
I just wanted to thank you for your presentation at the Portlandia luncheon last Thursday.
Your speech really helped me define my "PRIORITIES". I wrote three pages in my journal. The first was in prose form where I wrote about my priorities. Second, I listed my priorities and finally I put together my weekly schedule. So far I am pretty much on track. I can't thank you enough for your inspiration.
I would like to be included on your mailing list for your e-newsletter and would also like to be notified when you will appear on TV.

"Vicki Norris' recent customer workshop at Storables was terrific. She clearly knows her material and can speak from experience. Norris' approach is structured, helping people move from one step to the next, yet she handles spontaneous asides and unexpected questions with humor and grace.
She makes strong foundation points as she speaks and has made a point to weave them into all of her speaking engagements ("Do it once, Do it custom, Do it Right". "Are you a hide-it or see-it person?" "Know what you have and take care of it." "Take the time to donate the things that no longer serve you – someone will really appreciate it.") These are the points that stick in my mind.
Thank you, Vicki, so much for working with us to bring practical, actionable information to our customers. They clearly loved the new skills they learned and more than a few lingered to make key purchases."

We recently had Vicki Norris of Restoring Order® present a speaking engagement to our Ticor Title client base, which consists of realtors and mortgage brokers. We had 60 or so attend the presentation, "Reclaim Your Life: Priority-Based Living." The subject touched on much more than just organization. I personally found it to be both uplifting as well as motivational.
Judging from the observations I made around the room, and the feedback I've received, the attendees found this as well. Vicki is a truly great speaker and her words cover so much more then simply becoming organized.

Vicki Norris was enthusiastically received by the Northwest Society of Interior Designers at their September membership meeting. This meeting was 2 days after the World Trade Center tragedy and people were ready for uplifting and inspiration. Vicki's talk and demeanor were just what was needed.
Vicki really walks her talk regarding getting and staying organized and therefore has a lot of credibility with clients.
I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs help with organization in their home or office."

| After a last minute cancellation of a workshop presenter, I contacted you the day before the conference to fill in. You not only filled in the time slot but took great lengths to make sure it appealed to the high school age audience. With very little prep or lead time, you engaged and inspired youth to better themselves through personal organization and let them know how an organized person are seen as leaders. We look forward to having you back again next year (with a little more notice this time!)
